Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional mechanical and electrical services as per manufacturer specifications. This includes identifying and diagnosing faults using advanced diagnostic tools, performing scheduled maintenance, recording all work completed, and maintaining a clean and organized workshop. Experience with Jaguar Land Rover is an added advantage.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Conduct vehicle diagnostics, maintenance, and mechanical repairs
Perform services in line with manufacturer standards
Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues
Use diagnostic tools and equipment for accurate fault detection
Keep precise records of services and repairs
Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient workshop environment

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
Qualified Motor Mechanic (Trade Test / Red Seal – essential)
At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry
Hands-on experience with premium vehicle brands (e.g., BMW, Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover – advantageous)
Competencies:
Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Valid Code B Driver’s License
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Professional, dependable, and a strong team player
