Project Planning and Execution

• Develop and manage detailed project plans (including scope, budget, timelines).

• Define project deliverables, milestones, and success criteria.

• Conduct critical design reviews and vendor system analysis.

• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), unit and integration testing.

• Manage infrastructure setup, disaster recovery, and go-live strategy.

• Prepare comprehensive user and technical documentation.

Team Leadership and Management

• Lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional project teams.

• Collaborate with Scrum Master and Product Owner to prioritize deliverables.

• Assign tasks, track progress, and provide performance feedback.

• Manage external vendors and third-party collaborations.

Team Coaching and Mentoring

• Coach team on best project management practices.

• Encourage continuous improvement and team collaboration.

• Identify and eliminate blockers and resolve dependencies.

Stakeholder Communication

• Provide regular updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure clear communication of project goals and progress.

• Promote alignment between development team and stakeholders.

Metrics and Reporting

• Track project deliverables and performance using Agile tools.

• Use data to drive process improvements.

• Generate periodic project management reports.
