Job Description
You’ll coordinate operational run time, preventative maintenance, and seamless job scheduling; diagnose and fix SQL issues (during and after hours); automate processes; define business processes; manage MFT portal/platforms and register MFTs into enterprise reporting; execute month-end runs; handle AD group/access requests; generate reconciliation reports; and lead incident management/root-cause analysis with robust change/release coordination and clear stakeholder communication.

How to Apply
Monitor, support, and recover Control-M and SQL Agent batch jobs
Diagnose and resolve SQL code issues; ensure minimal downtime and proper handovers
Plan operational schedules; coordinate preventative maintenance
Automate manual/semi-automated tasks into efficient workflows
Define/draft business processes; produce accurate sales/service stats as needed
Manage MFT portal/platforms; register transfers to enterprise reporting
Execute critical runs (e.g., Month-End) and generate reconciliation reports
Administer Active Directory group management/access requests
Lead incident management & RCA; drive permanent fixes
Coordinate change/release (impact assessment, scheduling, comms, post-validation)
Comply with governance, audit, and internal “Golden Rules”; own continuous development

Minimum:
Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
3–5 years in a similar production support/ops role
Proficiency: Control-M, SQL, Teradata
Strong communication & presentation skills

Stakeholder engagement across BI, Data Engineering, Analytics, and business units
Adaptable, curious, collaborative; proven successful track record
