Developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures in line with the bank's strategic objectives and best practices.

Coordinating and overseeing the procurement of goods and services, including tendering, evaluation, negotiation, contracting and payment processes.

Ensuring compliance with the relevant laws, regulations and ethical standards in procurement activities.

Managing the inventory and asset management system, including tracking, recording, disposal and reporting of bank assets.

Planning and supervising the maintenance and repair of bank facilities, equipment and vehicles.

Liaising with external service providers and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.

Preparing and monitoring the budget and expenditure for the procurement and facilities department.

Providing guidance and support to staff on procurement and facilities matters.

Preparing periodic reports on the performance and achievements of the procurement and facilities department.
