Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and their colleagues, including proper handling of hazardous materials and adherence to machine safety guidelines.
Machine Setup: Prepare printing machines for operation by installing printing plates, adjusting ink levels, and ensuring proper alignment of materials.
Operational Monitoring: Monitor printing machines during operation to ensure they function correctly, making adjustments as necessary to maintain print quality and prevent errors.
Material Handling: Load paper, ink, and other materials into printing machines, ensuring that they are properly positioned and aligned for printing.
Quality Control: Inspect printed materials for defects, such as smudges, color inconsistencies, or misalignments, and make adjustments to the printing process to correct issues.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks on printing machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts, to ensure they operate efficiently and minimize downtime.
Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues with printing machines, such as paper jams or mechanical malfunctions, and take corrective action to resolve them promptly.
