Job Description
As a Pre-school or Primary Teacher, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering age-appropriate instructional materials, managing classroom activities, assessing student progress, and maintaining a stimulating and caring classroom environment. The teacher will be expected to communicate effectively with parents, support school events, and promote the overall wellbeing of students under their care.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Deliver effective and engaging lessons aligned with the curriculum.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and student assessments.
Manage classroom behavior and maintain discipline.
Monitor and document student progress and provide regular feedback.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
Communicate with parents and guardians regarding student development.
Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development sessions.
Promote a positive learning culture among students.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Qualifications:
National Nursery Teacher Training Certificate (NNTC) or
Diploma in Early Childhood Education or

Prior teaching experience in a preschool or primary school setting is preferred.
Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.
Classroom management skills.
Ability to use educational tools and technology.
Knowledge of child development principles.
