Job Description
Reporting directly to the Food & Beverage Manager, the Outlets Manager will lead and supervise the F&B outlet teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role includes mentoring staff, ensuring adherence to brand and safety standards, driving service innovation, and managing key administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, reporting, promotions, stock control, and planning. The Outlets Manager will also support in delivering high-quality events and corporate functions, enhancing guest satisfaction, and meeting financial targets. This leadership role is vital to maintaining the operational excellence and premium guest experiences that define Fairmont.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and train the Food & Beverage Operations team
Ensure compliance with Fairmont brand standards and legal obligations
Develop and launch innovative products and service offerings
Drive memorable guest experiences in all F&B outlets
Oversee daily operations of the Food & Beverage Department
Handle administrative duties such as staff rostering, stock ordering, reporting, and promotions
Support planning and execution of events, including private and corporate functions
Assign tasks and oversee performance of subordinate staff
Monitor guest and employee satisfaction and align with operational goals
Implement health, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education and Experience:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role in the Food & Beverage sector
Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment is an advantage
Beverage knowledge is a plus
