Job Description

The Out grower Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the out grower scheme of Sugar Corporation of Uganda Limited.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Out grower Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the out grower scheme of Sugar Corporation of Uganda Limited.
The Out grower Supervisor coordinates the activities of the out growers, monitors their performance and compliance with the company's standards and policies, and provides technical support and guidance to them.
The Out grower Supervisor also liaises with the company's management, field staff, and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation and sustainability of the out grower scheme.

Qualifications and Competencies

Qualification:

Degree or Diploma in Agriculture.

Experience:

3-5 years practical experience in handling qualifications
Sugarcane Extension work.
Preferably be fluent in Luganda
