Job Description
The Operations Manager will be responsible for:
Effectively coordinating and supervising all guard deployments and operations.
Formulating standard operating procedures and instructions for guarding services.
Allocating duties to supervisors and monitoring individual performance.
Preparing and maintaining supervisors' checklists, deployment records, and daily posting sheets.
Conducting snap checks to evaluate supervisors' and guards' performance.
Handling disciplinary cases and escalating them to HR when necessary.
Conducting security surveys and providing advisory reports to clients and the company.
Scheduling and conducting client visits to ensure service satisfaction.
Coordinating with the training school to enhance guard deployment readiness.
Managing client complaints and visiting incident scenes to prepare detailed reports.
Liaising with police on security matters and investigations.
Supervising the armory officer to ensure that all firearms are registered according to legal requirements.
Preparing monthly firearms and other operational reports for submission to relevant offices.
Identifying training needs for guards and supervisors and coordinating with HR for training.
Conducting regular physical spot checks on all guarding assignments during day and night shifts.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise guard deployments and daily operations.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures and guard instructions.
Allocate duties to supervisors and monitor their performance through spot checks and evaluations.
Maintain accurate records of guard deployments and supervisor performance.
Address disciplinary issues and escalate serious cases to HR.
Conduct security surveys and provide advisory feedback to clients and management.
Engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any service-related concerns.
Coordinate with law enforcement on security-related matters and incident investigations.
Oversee the management of firearms, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Prepare and submit monthly operational reports.
Identify training requirements and coordinate with HR for necessary training.
Conduct regular spot checks on all guarding assignments to ensure compliance.
