Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze and interpret data related to operational performance and growth metrics, and use it to identify trends and opportunities for improvements.

• Shadow, collaborate with and compile feedback from loan officers to ensure you are continuously in touch with our operations and the client perspective.

• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and support growth objectives.

• Synthesize feedback from existing and potential clients to discover client needs and preferences, and use these insights to drive customer-centric improvements.

• Track and report on portfolio and industry trends to stay ahead of an always-evolving customer lending environment.

• Work with the Growth Manager to design, implement, track and measure conversion and referral experiments.

• Implement and compare results of A/B testing for landing pages, creatives across customer-facing communication channels.

• Work with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Credit and Product to align new client acquisition & growth initiatives with operational capabilities.

• Work with the Growth Data Analyst to design and analyze the efficacy of different experiments.

• Support in capacity planning to ensure operations meet growth expectations.

• Contribute to the development of growth and operational strategies while leveraging data to inform decision making.

• Support the Numida team in any way outside of the above in order to achieve growth targets.
