Job Description
To perform general cleaning and maintenance of the office premises, furniture and equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
To perform general cleaning and maintenance of the office premises, furniture and equipment.
To assist in the delivery and distribution of office mail, documents and supplies.
To provide support services to the staff and visitors, such as photocopying, filing, typing and reception.
To perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications and Competencies
How to Apply
Applications are invited from suitably qualified Ugandans for the post that exist in Abim District Local Government and addressed to the Secretary District Service Commission-Abim, PO Box 1, Abim. The closing date for receipt of applications is February 28th 2024 at 6:00pm
Serving Officers should route their applications through their Responsible Officers who should be informed of the closing date for receiving the applications. Applications received after closing date will not be accepted.
Applications should be submitted on PSC Form 3 (Revised 2008) which is available from Public Service Commission Kampala or from District Service Commission offices countrywide.
Please attach certified copies of your academic and other relevant documents, a copy of your recent passport size photograph and National Identity Card to the application forms. Applications should be submitted in triplicate file folders bearing the name, post, reference number and valid contact.
