About Organisation:
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office & Administrative Assistant to join our Uganda office. The ideal candidate will support finance and administrative functions, handle petty cash and documentation, manage the front desk, and ensure smooth daily operations at our Kampala office.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Maintain organized office systems and handle front desk activities.
Manage petty cash and assist in basic bookkeeping.
Support finance documentation, filing, and record-keeping.
Coordinate travel, meetings, and office supplies.
Assist the operations team with logistics and documentation.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
1–2 years’ experience in administrative or bookkeeping roles (entry and mid-level candidates encouraged to apply).
Experience in Accounting Software such as Tally, QuickBooks and Sage is an added advantage.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
