Job Description
Successful applicants will participate in a three-month program that provides direct employment opportunities and skills training through short courses. At the end of the program, participants will be awarded a small grant or loan to support self-employment ventures. The initiative aims to reduce youth unemployment and promote entrepreneurship, equipping young people with practical skills and resources to become self-reliant.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Participate in the three-month employment and training program.
Undertake targeted short courses to build technical and entrepreneurial skills.
Apply acquired skills in practical assignments during the program.
Utilize grant/loan funding to initiate or expand self-employment projects.
Demonstrate commitment, discipline, and teamwork during program activities.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Youth resident in Murang’a County.
Minimum academic qualification: KCSE Certificate, Diploma, or Degree (any field).

Good interpersonal skills, discipline, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
