Utilize the available information systems to generate data required to provide information support to management that drives decision-making to implement the bank’s strategy and facilitate efficient business operations.

Generate comprehensive and well-analyzed reports on the bank’s business operations across business functions and departments as requested by management.

Support business managers in preparation of business cases, in particular being responsible for financial modelling and analysis contained therein.

Understand specific business requirements and design/develop solutions to implement the desired changes.

Design and implement branch scorecards, customer net promoter scores, and relationship managers’ performance scorecards in order to drive a performance culture within the Bank.

Automate all MIS-related & regulatory reports in a format agreed to with Management.

Cooperate and communicate with staff across departments to explain and assist in the integration of information management to day-to-day business performance metrics.

Ensure that all MIS processes are prepared and disseminated with functions/business according to agreed service level agreements.

Develop, implement and maintain appropriate systems and procedures for the collection, maintenance, and integrity of business data in the bank.

Play a key role in the rollout of new Banking software to ensure that all MIS needs are addressed by the business.
