Job Description
The Marketing Lead will be responsible for directing and managing all marketing activities in Ghana. This includes strategic planning, customer relationship management, performance tracking, campaign development, and coordination with internal teams across Africa and globally. The successful candidate will support the COO and CEO in executing marketing plans aligned with the Ghana market, leveraging CRM tools to analyze trends, drive user acquisition, and optimize campaign outcomes. They will also contribute to the continuous improvement of operations by providing insights on customer experiences and system enhancements. The role is hybrid and will require close collaboration with the African Expansion and Operations Team.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement local marketing strategy aligned with PremedGo's global vision.
Create and manage multi-channel campaigns targeting both B2B and B2C segments.
Coordinate marketing content, updates, and touchpoints in collaboration with creative teams.
Oversee campaign budgets and resource allocation.
Performance Monitoring
Track KPIs and marketing metrics pre- and post-launch.
Analyze customer insights and trends to improve strategy.
Conduct quarterly marketing budget reviews and report performance to the COO.
CRM Management
Select and implement CRM systems suitable for business needs.
Manage customer data segmentation and engagement.
Monitor CRM performance and customer satisfaction levels.
Champion customer loyalty and support data-driven business decisions.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Act as the key liaison between the Ghana team and African Expansion/Operations Team.
Supervise future hires and report directly to the COO.
Participate in strategic initiatives that improve internal quality and efficiency.
Continuous Improvement
Provide insights to senior management for platform and process optimization.
Contribute to the planning and execution of marketing-related strategic projects.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in marketing, CRM, or operations management.
Experience in healthcare or emerging markets is a strong advantage.
Skills:
Budget development and oversight
Strategic planning and delegation
Conflict management and negotiation
Strong communication, IT proficiency, and project management
Entrepreneurial mindset and cultural competence
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Familiarity with marketing and CRM software
