Job Description
The Manual Bus Driver will be responsible for operating a company manual bus to transport the sales team and ensure the secure delivery of goods. The role demands adherence to safety regulations, vehicle maintenance schedules, and Nigerian traffic laws. The ideal candidate must reside around the Iju axis and possess a valid driver’s license and Lagos State Drivers’ Institute (LSDRI) certification.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Drive the company’s manual transmission bus safely and responsibly
Assist the sales team by transporting them to various strategic locations
Ensure regular and timely maintenance of the vehicle
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
Securely transport goods and ensure proper loading/unloading
Maintain cleanliness and basic functionality of the vehicle
Keep track of vehicle documents and ensure their validity

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification
1 to 4 years of relevant driving experience
Must be able to drive a manual bus confidently
Good knowledge of routes within Lagos and western states
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
Must possess a valid driver’s license and LSDRI certification
Familiarity with traffic laws, road signs, and vehicle documentation
Must be hardworking, responsible, and committed
Residence around the Iju axis is strongly preferred
