The role is responsible for Management Information Systems and business databases that deliver detailed reports and analysis of the performance of business segments, products, branches, relationship management and distribution channels.
The Manager Business Performance is responsible for leading and managing the business performance reporting and analysis function for NCBA Bank Uganda.
The role entails providing timely and accurate financial and non-financial information to support decision making, planning and budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and business strategy formulation.
The Manager Business Performance also ensures compliance with regulatory and internal reporting standards and policies, as well as alignment with the group's strategic objectives and vision.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field. A Master's degree or a professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CFA is an added advantage.
At least five years of experience in business performance reporting and analysis, financial management, or business consulting in a banking or financial services environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, etc. is desirable.
Knowledge of banking products, services, processes, systems, and regulations.
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and teamwork.
