Strategic, operational, and business planning workshops facilitation for the S&D organization.

Drive Business Efficiency through Trade process automation.
Enable the organization to deliver against its strategic objectives through the identification of performance gaps and closing them through digitization.
Working closely with technology teams to implement the trade automation tools for the S&D division.
Design Data quality management framework, including data quality standards, methods, tools, and governance for MTN Distributors
Enable the organization to deliver against its strategic goals through the identification of performance gaps. Evaluate the root causes of the performance issues and provide the visualized analytics to the GM S&D, including corrective actions recommendations.
Build the system by which predictive analytics of the performance can be conducted, ensuring proactive address of the performance issues.
Provide leadership for the reporting resources throughout the S&D division to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency of the reporting.
Put together requirements for the systems and tools.

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Commerce Business Management or related course
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience
Background in telecommunication in business transformation, operational excellence, and Business Intelligence areas.
Proven track record in Sales and Distribution operation reporting and analytics.
