The machine operator actively participates and monitors equipment for excessive rejects/ stoppages and utilizes performance data to escalate any problems occurring in the area that affect product quality, safety, and other aspects of line performance.

Responsibilities:
Operates and monitors production machines and equipment used in the manufacturing process, including bottle-filling machines, printing/coding machines, and packaging equipment.
Conducts regular equipment checks to ensure that machines are functioning properly and making adjustments as needed.
Conducts routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating equipment, to ensure that machines are in good working order.
Monitors production output to ensure that machines are producing products at the required rate and to identify any issues that may impact production.
Identifies and troubleshoots issues that arise during production and makes adjustments to machines and equipment as needed.
Compliance with safety regulations and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while operating machines and equipment.
Documents machine operations, including batch records, equipment maintenance logs, and any issues that arise during production.
Participates in training and development programs to stay up-to-date with changes in technology and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications:
Bachelors or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Hands-on experience of 4 years in operating production equipment in pharmaceutical or food industries
Experience with SAP for production & manufacturing a plus
Strong Verbal and written Communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Proficiency in the English language

Ability to deliver accurate results in a timely manner and in an environment with multiple and challenging tasks.
