Lesson Planning: Designing and developing age-appropriate lesson plans to teach various subjects such as language arts, mathematics, science, and social studies.
Instruction: Delivering engaging and interactive lessons to students using a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
Assessment: Evaluating students' progress through regular assessments, quizzes, tests, and other methods to gauge their understanding and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
Classroom Management: Establishing and maintaining a positive and structured learning environment by managing student behavior, enforcing rules, and promoting a culture of respect and cooperation.
Individualized Support: Providing extra help and support to students who are struggling academically or have special educational needs, and collaborating with other professionals such as special education teachers or counselors when necessary.
