The Lead Marketing, New Product Development role is a dynamic and strategic position responsible for planning, managing, and executing new product launches within the FMCG sector. The successful candidate will lead the development of both digital and below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns, manage cross-functional coordination, and ensure marketing strategies align with brand and business goals. The role also involves overseeing marketing teams, conducting market research, tracking campaign performance, and staying current with industry trends to drive innovation and market competitiveness.

How to Apply
Lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies for new FMCG product launches
Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns including digital and BTL strategies
Collaborate with product development, sales, and creative teams to ensure seamless execution of new product introductions
Conduct market research to generate insights for innovation and strategic planning
Develop and execute digital marketing efforts across social media, paid ads, and content marketing
Organize and manage BTL activations, events, and promotional campaigns
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making real-time adjustments as necessary
Mentor and manage the marketing team, ensuring professional growth and effective execution
Maintain alignment between marketing activities and overall brand strategy and business objectives
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in marketing, specifically in FMCG and new product development
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; Master’s degree (MBA or MA in Marketing) is required
Demonstrated success in managing marketing campaigns across digital and BTL platforms
In-depth knowledge of FMCG product development life cycles and market positioning
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
Highly creative with a strong awareness of market trends
Ability to work flexible hours and manage out-of-office marketing events
Strong project management and multitasking skills
