How to Apply
Safety & Compliance: Strict adherence to PPE policy, lab safety rules, hazardous substances procedures, and incident reporting is maintained. Unsafe conditions or behaviours are identified and corrected.
Sample Handling: Sampling, identification, verification, preparation, dispatch, and integrity are all managed according to documented procedures
Analytical Work: Laboratory analyses are performed using standardized techniques, with accurate and timely results recorded and reported in line with manuals. Non-conformances and out-of-control results are managed through proper procedures.
Specialist Support: Conduct specialized analyses and provide support to shift-based teams, including calibration, auditing, and problem-solving assistance. Participate in quality audits, identify gaps, and initiate corrective actions
Continuous Improvement: Analyse results for improvements, support process optimization, and evaluate continuous improvement opportunities through additional analytical work.
Equipment Management: Equipment is maintained and calibrated on schedule, with updated calibration records and adherence to specified frequencies
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Food Science and Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Lab Technology or equivalent
2-3 Years in Laboratory, Brewing or Packaging operation.
