Job Description
The Junior Cost Accountant will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of accurate project costings, as well as collaborating with internal departments including finance, HR, production, and administration. The role will involve assisting with invoicing, reconciliations, payment processing, financial reporting, and month-end close procedures. This position offers valuable exposure to cost accounting within a dynamic, multinational manufacturing and project-driven environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
BCom in Management Accounting, Financial Accounting, or a Diploma in Cost Accounting
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in a cost accounting or financial accounting role
Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous
Skills and Competencies:
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team
Knowledge of financial systems and project accounting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Strong communication and organizational skills
