Job Description
K Hotels, known for its prestigious and well-furnished modern hotel with luxury rooms and exceptional amenities1, is looking for talented and enthusiastic Junior Chefs to join their culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing high-quality dishes that provide our guests with a memorable dining experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and design of all food menus.
Produce high-quality plates both in design and taste.
Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely manner that meets our quality standards.
Assist in the training of new kitchen staff.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Ensure that all food preparation is in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
Assist with stock rotation and manage inventory.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Head Chef or Sous Chef.

Qualifications and Competencies
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Junior Chef or relevant role.
Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and processes.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of best cooking practices.
Culinary school diploma preferred.
