To track audit and coordinate the activities of all the staff members engaged in inventory control and accuracy of the ERP on the side of the inventory.
Duties and Responsibilities
To track audit and coordinate the activities of all the staff members engaged in inventory control and accuracy of the ERP on the side of the inventory.
Check inventory team routines that impact KPI and ensure they are measured daily weekly and monthly through reporting.
To lead the inventory team and provide leadership for training and development in areas of weakness that will have been identified.
To manage inventory days.
Post review and explain all inventory count variances as well as inventory valuation.
To manage and execute end-month closure routines.
To establish and execute cycle count schedules and identify the cycle count discrepancies in the ABC
To maintain and review inventory positions as required by the sales and operations planning process, customer requirements, and production schedules.
Lead the team at the client’s way of 4.0 practices and ensure the execution
Knowledge, and Experience;
Proven experience as an inventory manager or similar position.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
Excellent organizational and planning skills.
Confidence, Integrity, Trustworthy, Respectful, Team Player and Innovator
Qualifications;
Bachelor of Procurement and Supply Chain Management or related field.
