Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
Participate in pre-production preparation during project period.
Support in engineering work, provide technical advice during design, construction and pre- commissioning
Manage facilities and equipment integrity, including collecting facilities and equipment information, updating and filing among others.
Coordinate and carry out integrity work as planned including safety inspection, verification by 3rd party etc. and report to relevant department.
Offer assistance in integrity task and target from CNOOC HQ assignment and implement input of the information into integrity platform and verification.
Perform risk assessment for critical equipment and facilities.
Carry out assistant mandatory inspection and certification in time.
Participate in integrity related materials, spares and service tendering, and conduct bidding evaluations especially in the technical aspects.
Ensure verification of new projects is fully integrated into ongoing operations, minimizing production disruption.
Prepare integrity work program and budget and supervise the implementation process.
Perform emergency maintenance, minimum influence to production, reduce personnel and asset damage.
Manage change, modification and lead the potential risk and hazard corrective.
Take lead in preparation of facility integrity reports.
Maintain appropriate relationship with government and partners to supply data and information required and solve problems of common interests.
Prepare facility integrity summary and analysis, providing improvement or preventive measures.
Perform other duties assigned by superiors
Qualifications and Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Instrument, Electrical engineering or other related engineering discipline.
At least 4 years' experience in Oil & Gas industry related facility and construction management.
Knowledge:
Extensive knowledge of mechanical or instrument or electrical.
Experience with equipment maintenance and management.
