Job Description
Take lead in the planning, implementation, maintenance and support of core applications including 0365, SAP, LIMS, Trackwise and others.
Duties and Responsibilities
Major Activities/Tasks:
Take lead in the planning, implementation, maintenance and support of core applications including 0365, SAP, LIMS, Trackwise and others.
Responsible for design, architecture, implementation, management and continuous improvement of all IT network infrastructure.
Responsible for server configuration and administration systems, databases, and servers of both GXP and non-GXP systems, applications and users.
Ensure cyber security policy is implemented and Security for GXP systems and associated data is not breached.
Understand the IT framework, Install and update company software and hardware as needed. Support service goals by participating on or leading project teams and ensuring that assigned tasks and action items are delivered on time.
Determine documentation requirements in support of baseline and project activities.
Take lead in IT, internal and external audits to ensure compliance to IT best practices, intemal SOPs, cGMP, regulatory and other audit requirements and guidelines as needed.
Engage with 3rd party service providers, service engineers and OEMs to troubleshoot system problems.
Serve as an expert for existing applications or solutions on a technical level for users, the business and regulatory agencies.
Employ comprehensive knowledge to influence technologies and solution decisions.

Qualifications and Competencies
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related course. Professional Certifications in the areas of Information Technology and Computing: CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, ITIL is an added advantage.
Possession of licenses or certifications in CCNA, ITIL, EDI, MCSE, SSL, IA, CCSA, AIX, TSIM, CE, AWS Certified Solution Architect and VMware Certified Professional.
Work Experience:
A minimum of five years of IT professional experience.
Experience in systems, network administration, software and hardware.
Skills/Other Personal Attributes Required:
Knowledge of information security practices and international standards. Knowledge in use of SAP, LAN.
Hands on experience in SAP ECC rollout and VMware vSphere 7.0.
Solid understanding of IMS, DB2, JCL, J2EE, IHS Web Server, WebSphere Application Server, SSL, SOA, Unix Shell, Pega, and Web Services.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying strict attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
