How to Apply
Initiate and lead human resource programs and projects.
Provide advice and recommendations to staff for resolution of daily issues
Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters
Assist in recruiting, training, and management of personnel
Devise plans and techniques to drive change and culture management
Assist in the development and integration of policies
Select, recommend, and implement suitable HR technologies

Three (3) years of working experience as a Human Resource specialist in a Consultancy Firm.
A bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related
Possession of an advanced qualification in human resources will be an added advantage.
Experience in HR project management and Implementation.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods, Labor laws, and best practices.
Computer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT (ATS, Payroll, etc.)
Excellent communication and consulting skills.
