Abubaker Technical Services and General Supplies Limited

i. Oversee the management of personnel, promote a positive work culture, ensure compliance with labor laws, and facilitate effective communication between employees and management.
ii. Manage company employee ensuring effective workforce planning, employee engagement, and compliance with labor regulations that contribute to a productive and harmonious work environment.
iii. Maximize employee productivity and well-being while aligning with company objectives.

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Workforce Planning: Collaborate with project managers to assess workforce needs, plan staffing levels, and ensure the right skills are available for each phase of the project.

  • Recruitment and Selection: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate assessment, interviews, and onboarding of new hires.

  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting teamwork.

  • Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, provide feedback to employees, and identify areas for improvement and development.

  • Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate skill development programs, and ensure employees have the necessary skills for their roles.

  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for employees.

  • Labor Law Compliance: Stay updated with labor laws and regulations and ensure that the project's HR practices are in compliance.

  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication between management and employees to ensure transparency and alignment.

  • Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives to boost employee morale, motivation, and engagement in line with project objectives.

  • Workforce Analytics: Collect and analyze HR data to assess workforce trends, turnover rates, and other relevant metrics.


  • Performs any other duty as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Employee Satisfaction: Measuring employee satisfaction and engagement through surveys and feedback mechanisms.

  • Retention Rate: Calculating the percentage of employees who remain with the project over a specified period.

  • Recruitment Effectiveness: Evaluating the quality of hires and time-to-fill vacant positions.

  • Training and Development: Assessing the effectiveness of training programs in enhancing employee skills.

  • Conflict Resolution: Monitoring the number and resolution of employee disputes or conflicts.

  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and minimizing workplace accidents.

  • Labor Law Compliance: Ensuring that HR practices align with labor laws and regulations.

  • Communication Effectiveness: Evaluating the clarity and frequency of communication between management and employees.

  • Problem-Solving: Skill in identifying and solving HR-related challenges.

  • Time Management: Efficiently managing HR tasks and responsibilities in a dynamic construction environment.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changes and challenges inherent in construction projects.

  • Ethical Conduct: Upholding ethical standards and ensuring fair treatment of employees.

  • Data Analysis: Analyzing HR data to make informed decisions and improve HR processes.

  • Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.

  • Working experience: Possession 10 years working experience at least 5 of them at a supervisory level.
