Job Description
The HR Assistant will play an integral role in ensuring the effective and efficient operation of HR activities within the organization. Responsibilities include supporting recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, coordinating training and company events, responding to staff inquiries, assisting with payroll preparation, and contributing to HR reporting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, confidentiality, and a willingness to grow within a fast-paced environment.

How to Apply
Assist in recruitment by posting job ads, arranging interviews, and screening applicants
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in HR databases
Support onboarding by preparing orientation materials and processing documentation
Coordinate staff events, training sessions, and team-building initiatives
Respond to employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures
Prepare reports and presentations for HR activities
Organize and manage HR filing systems in compliance with regulations
Collect and verify employee payment information for payroll processing
Facilitate interdepartmental HR-related communication
Assist in performance management by scheduling reviews and managing documentation
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software tools
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Basic knowledge of HR policies and employment law
Excellent time management and attention to detail
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Adaptability in a fast-paced, diverse environment
Sound critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
