Help Desk L1 Technical Support job at Inputi Ltd

Job Description

At Inputi Ltd, we believe in the power of technology to transform businesses. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic individual to contribute to our IT team as a Helpdesk L1 Technical Support Specialist.

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to internal and external customers through phone, email, and chat

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly on the FEMS

  • Conduct technology surveys to identify recurring problems and areas for improvement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and enhancements

  • Document support activities and create knowledge base articles

  • Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering high-quality service

Qualifications and Competencies

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of technical support experience, preferably in a call centre environment

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information technology or equivalent technology education background

  • Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with common business applications and software

  • Solid understanding of hardware components and peripherals

  • Communication Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users

  • Customer Focus:

  • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service

  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations professionally
