Experience & Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial services, especially in leadership roles
Strong background in structured finance, project finance, leverage finance, and investment banking
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field
Executive training is an added advantage
Skills & Competencies
Proven ability to drive strategy and execution
Strong leadership and change management skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
High financial acumen and familiarity with risk management
Bilingual proficiency in English and French is a plus
