Job Description

As a Graduate Trainee, your role is typically an entry-level position designed to provide recent graduates with practical work experience and exposure to various aspects of an organization's operations

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Training and Development: Participate in structured training programs designed to familiarize you with the organization's policies, procedures, culture, and business practices. This may include classroom training, on-the-job learning, and mentorship opportunities.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Bachelors’ degree preferably in the fields of Engineering, Sales, Marketing and Finance.

  • Must have graduated in 2024.

  • Educational Qualifications: A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study related to the organization's industry or operations. Some employers may require a specific degree or coursework in a related discipline.
