Job Description
The Graduate Trainee will support site engineers and supervisors in daily construction activities. Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, maintaining quality and safety standards, assisting with site documentation, and participating in real-time problem-solving. This full-time, on-site role is designed to provide hands-on learning and mentorship from experienced professionals, offering exposure to residential and commercial construction environments.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Assist site engineers and supervisors in daily site operations
Monitor construction progress, timelines, and quality standards
Participate in site measurements, report writing, and coordination
Engage in field-based problem-solving and decision-making
Apply theoretical knowledge to practical construction scenarios
Observe and learn construction processes first-hand

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (recent graduate)
Strong academic record (minimum GPA of 4.00)

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and contribute to team efforts
