Job Description
This full-time role requires a hardworking individual with hands-on experience in landscaping and garden maintenance. The Gardener will operate tools such as lawn mowers and trimmers, maintain cleanliness in green areas, and ensure the aesthetics of the farm's environment are preserved. The role also requires prompt availability and proximity to the farm for effective task execution.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Operate lawn mowers and other gardening tools to maintain grass and lawns
Trim hedges, trees, and bushes within the premises
Water and fertilize plants as needed
Remove weeds and debris from garden beds and pathways
Ensure proper disposal of garden waste
Maintain cleanliness and order in garden areas
Report any pests or plant diseases observed
Support general upkeep of outdoor areas

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum qualification: Secondary School Certificate (SSCE)
Proven experience using lawn mowers and gardening tools

Proximity to Iyana-Offa, Ibadan is a strong advantage
