Job Description
As a Sales Consultant at iStore Cresta, you will be at the forefront of Apple's retail presence, helping customers discover and experience the latest in Apple technology. You will engage customers with a hands-on approach, understand their needs, and offer comprehensive solutions tailored to those needs. Your goal is to create memorable experiences while maximizing every sales opportunity. You’ll receive in-depth training and support to excel in Apple product knowledge and customer interaction.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Welcome and interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner
Provide hands-on demos and product knowledge for Apple devices and services
Identify customer needs and provide complete product and service solutions
Drive in-store sales to meet and exceed performance targets
Keep up-to-date with Apple products, promotions, and retail procedures
Contribute to the upkeep of store appearance and merchandise displays
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service goals
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent after-sales support

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Matric / Senior Certificate (completed)
Some sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
Passion for Apple products and technology

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Willingness to learn and grow within the company
