Job Description
Front Desk Officer is responsible for being the first line of contact for customers, candidates, and any other people who visit the Company offices and offering first line support
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Experience
Tasked with receiving visitors as walk-ins / callers, welcoming, sitting and drawing to the attention of the relevant office in a professional courteous and helpful manner. Ensure comfort sitting and waiting for incoming visitors.
Ascertain the scheduled times and calendar dates for all appointments for both walk-ins and call ins.
Excellent Inquiry resolution &Complaints management.
Ensuring that the reception area is very clean and well arranged in liaison with support staff
Records Keeping, Parcel storage & Dispatch Management
In charge of receiving, recording and summarizing in coming applications, Invoices, Mails, Court orders etc.
Ensuring that all documents, Parcels and correspondences received are secure and directed to the responsible office.
Manage the attendance, correspondence’s book or register.
Reporting
Producing weekly and monthly reports on all the activities mentioned above for management review and action consideration.
Reporting faults on office equipment used at the front desk to the person responsible for corrective action.
Support on projects
Perform any other lawful duties as assigned by the supervisor or higher authorities
Compliance & Adherence to Company process
Ensuring that all internal processes are adhered and followed.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or related profession
Technology Adaptability
Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping
Proficient in English (oral and written) and any other Language
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Relevant Experience (Type of experience and minimum number of years)
At least 2 years’ Experience in Retail/ Front desk operations.
Other requirements (Behavioral etc.)
Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills and Customer service orientation
High level of integrity and professionalism
Good negotiation Skills
