Planning, organizing and directing the food and beverage service in accordance with the hotel standards and policies
Planning, organizing and directing the food and beverage service in accordance with the hotel standards and policies
Managing the budget, inventory, purchasing, cost control and revenue generation of the food and beverage department
Recruiting, training, supervising and evaluating the performance of the food and beverage staff
Ensuring compliance with health, safety and hygiene regulations and standards
Handling guest complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
Developing and implementing new menus, promotions and marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction

Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration or related field
At least five years of experience in food and beverage management in a hotel or similar establishment
Excellent communication, leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of food and beverage trends, products, equipment and best practices
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, point of sale systems and inventory management software
Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines
