Sokoni Africa Limited is currently seeking professional and experienced Fine Dining Waiters and Waitresses to join our team. As a Fine Dining Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable. You will assist guests with menu selection, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their meal.
Welcome and seat guests, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere
Present menus and provide detailed information about dishes and specials
Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner
Attend to guests' needs throughout their dining experience
Ensure tables are properly set and clean
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency

Previous experience as a Fine Dining Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service standards
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Ability to memorize and execute orders accurately
Attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
