Mungufeni Foundation is a non-governmental and nonprofit Organization founded in Arua, which began in 2011 as an activity of support to communities whose children were beneficiaries of sponsorships, has become a specific sector registered as Not For - Profit Company in 2022, is registered as an indigenous NGO with the Uganda National bureau for NGOS head quartered in Arua City.

Vision: We envision a day when there is no more poverty in Uganda and every person's dignity is protected, especially those affected by human and natural crises.

Mission: To provide people affected by human and natural crises in Uganda with emergency relief,
sustainable socio-economic programs, and to promote peace-building and effective
vernance, while integrating our values of respect, impartiality, quality, accountability, advocacy and innovation in all our work.

Job Description

Applications are invited from Suitably Qualified Ugandans to fill the vacant positions that exists at Mungufeni Foundation on Contract Basis, subject to renewal.

Duties and Responsibilities

To provide people affected by human and natural crises in Uganda with emergency relief,
sustainable socio-economic programs, and to promote peace-building and effectivevernance, while integrating our values of respect, impartiality, quality, accountability, advocacy and innovation in all our work.

Qualifications and Competencies

Finance Assistant

Minimum Qualification
Diploma in Accounting and Finance or Business Administration
Should be Fluent in at least One Local Language spoken in West Nile and English Language is a must

Experience

3 years in an NGO or Related Environment
Age: 25 Years and Above
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: Associate Degree
