Job Purpose:
The Field Service Technician will provide first-level technical support to ensure the smooth operation of our solutions. The role involves performing daily maintenance, troubleshooting tasks, and offering on-site technical assistance. Additionally, responsibilities include handling Repair Center activities.

How to Apply
Provide first-level technical support for issues related to the system and applications.
Ensure timely resolution of technical incidents.
Carry out user management and perform routine system administration tasks.
Respond to technical requests from other teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues.
Coordinate service activities with other Field Service Technicians.
Maintain and manage a test environment for system configurations.
Perform system monitoring and ensure smooth operations.
Test new releases and upgrades to systems and applications.
Install, configure, optimize, and maintain both systems and applications.
Maintain updated and accurate documentation for all processes.
Identify and escalate urgent issues when required.
Coordinate with other Field Operations Team members for deployments.
Contribute feedback to improve internal processes and services.
Availability for on-call support and working beyond regular business hours, as required.
Education: Technical diploma in electrical/mechanical engineering, or equivalent training/experience in a related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting equipment in a factory environment.
Language: Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Skills:
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities for mechanical, electrical, and application issues.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
Ability to analyze application server logs and provide solutions.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Ability to perform under pressure with a customer-oriented mindset.
Desirable Knowledge:
Experience with troubleshooting computer networks.
Familiarity with basic IT support tools such as FTP, SSH, Putty, SVN, and Remote Access.
Knowledge of basic IT support procedures.
Basic knowledge of PLC setup and programming.
Core Competencies:
Efficient delivery of service.
Ability to understand and resolve technical issues.
In-depth understanding of the role and technical environment.
Compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
