We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Night Shift Field Officer. As a Field Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our supervisors, Inspectors and guards carry out their duties efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities
Arrange with the operations manager for the deployment of guards and arrangement of relievers.
Enforce security policies and procedures.
Conduct thorough security checks and inspections.
Check on all guards at posts and ensure that they have all the necessary equipment and uniform.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a coordinated security effort.
Report and document security incidents.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
Stay updated on security trends, threats, and best practices.

Minimum Requirements and Competencies
Proven experience as a Field officer or in a similar role.
Knowledge of security operations and procedures.
Strong observational and communication skills.

Physical fitness and flexibility to work for longer hours.
