Field Agronomist job at Prolific Innovations Limited

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Agronomist to join our team. The Field
Agronomist will play a pivotal role in advancing sustainable and innovative agricultural
practices among small-scale farmers. The ideal candidate should possess a diploma in
Agriculture, proficiency in motorbike riding, basic computer skills, and a passion for
fostering positive change in farming practices.
Act as a representative of Prolific Innovations Limited at agricultural events, conferences, and exhibitions to showcase products and enhance brand visibility.
Organize and manage field demonstrations to spotlight the effectiveness of Prolific’s innovative methods to potential customers and stakeholders.
Facilitate training sessions for farmers, covering diverse topics including sustainable farming practices, product application, and technical guidance.
Identify and engage with key farmers in the region, offering indispensable technical support and guidance to enhance their agricultural practices.
Conduct on-site training sessions with small-scale farmers, educating them on the proper utilization of Prolific’s organic agro-input products.
Initiate awareness campaigns about Prolific’s products by coordinating workshops, demonstrations, and local events.
Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with agroinput shops, equipping them with essential information about Prolific’s product offerings.
Manage and streamline demands for Prolific’s input products from potential buyers, ensuring efficient distribution and sales

Diploma in Agriculture or a related field (Certificate in Agriculture with work
experience will also be considered).
Proficiency in motorbike riding with a valid rider’s license is an added advantage (but
not a requirement).
Deep-rooted passion for sustainable agriculture and a genuine commitment to
fostering positive change in farming practices.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse
stakeholders.
Previous experience in agricultural extension services or a related field is
advantageous.
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
