Job Description
As a Freelance Fibre Field Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and selling HYPA Fibre services directly to households and businesses in Mamelodi. The role involves face-to-face marketing, community outreach, and digital promotion. You will manage leads and customer interactions using the company's CRM system and ensure excellent service delivery throughout the sales journey. This is a high-energy role suited for proactive, target-driven individuals ready to grow with one of South Africa’s fastest-growing ISPs. All successful applicants must undergo background checks.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Promote and sell fibre internet services to new clients
Engage customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
Track and manage sales using the Solid CRM platform
Participate in door-to-door campaigns, mall activations, and events
Use social media to promote HYPA products
Submit daily reports on leads, client interactions, and outcomes
Keep sales equipment and marketing materials in good condition
Identify new areas and strategies for effective sales
Attend training sessions and stay informed on product offerings and market trends

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum education: Grade 8; Matric/Grade 12 preferred
Internship/Entry-level experience accepted
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Basic smartphone and tech literacy
