About the Role:
Blue Crane Communications is seeking a qualified and experienced Facilities Maintenance Engineer to manage the mechanical and electrical operations of a high-rise office tower. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient, safe, and uninterrupted operation of building systems to support tenant comfort and operational effectiveness.

How to Apply
Oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Operate and monitor the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure optimal system performance.
Ensure elevators function safely and reliably; coordinate inspections and routine servicing.
Respond to maintenance issues promptly while minimizing disruption to tenants.
Maintain accurate documentation for all repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance activities.
Enforce safety protocols, building codes, and regulatory compliance.
Supervise and coordinate activities of contractors and service providers on-site.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in commercial or high-rise facilities maintenance.
Solid working knowledge of:
HVAC and chilled water systems
Elevator systems
Backup power systems (Generators & UPS)
Fire detection and suppression systems
BMS (Building Management Systems)
Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
