Job Title: Executive Assistant / Management Trainee – IT & AI Innovation

Preferred Age Range: 21–25
Minimum Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; A-Level Mathematics required
Serenity Group Limited is seeking a highly driven and tech-savvy graduate to serve as an Executive Assistant / Management Trainee with a focus on IT and AI Innovation. You will work directly with the Managing Director across diverse sectors including energy, real estate, infrastructure, sports, and agriculture.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, artificial intelligence, and innovation—with the ambition to grow into future leadership roles.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Research, test, and implement AI and automation tools to enhance operations
Support strategic planning and innovation initiatives led by the MD
Maintain and optimize internal digital systems
Assist in multi-sector business development and innovation projects

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Second Upper or higher)
Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging tech trends

Self-starter with a high degree of initiative, professionalism, and discretion
Must have completed A-Level Mathematics
