Job Description
Develop and implement an ESG strategy aligned with the company's mission and values.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Develop and implement an ESG strategy aligned with the company's mission and values.
Monitor and assess environmental, social, and governance risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into decision-making processes.
Engage with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, NGOs, and investors to stay current on ESG trends and regulations.
Prepare and publish ESG reports, disclosures, and communications.
Conduct ESG audits and assessments to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Advise senior management on ESG issues and strategies.
Promote ESG awareness and best practices among employees and partners.
Support community engagement and social impact initiatives.
Qualifications and Competencies

Knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting guidelines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
