Job Description
The Enterprise BI Analyst plays a key role in bridging data and decision-making. They will analyze data from multiple sources, design and develop BI solutions using visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI, and provide business teams with actionable insights. The role also involves ETL development, data modeling, ensuring data quality, and user support. A successful candidate must demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, technical proficiency, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Gather and analyze data from databases, data warehouses, and cloud platforms
Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor KPIs and trends
Perform ad-hoc data analysis to support strategic and operational decisions
Develop and manage accurate data models and implement ETL processes
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver BI solutions
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with privacy regulations
Maintain data documentation, dictionaries, and standards
Identify opportunities for process optimization through data insights
Stay updated with BI technologies and provide user training and support

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in BI or data analysis
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Informatica)
Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and techniques
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an added advantage
Strong communication and analytical skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to translate complex data into simple, actionable insights
Experience with data governance, data security, and data quality management
Knowledge of machine learning is a plus
