Job Description
As an Engagement Manager, you will lead teams of 3–5 consultants on client projects from strategy formulation to implementation. You’ll work closely with clients—often on-site—to diagnose issues, develop solutions, and ensure lasting impact. Your responsibilities will include guiding day-to-day project execution, contributing to analysis and solution design, managing client relationships, and supporting implementation. You will also mentor junior colleagues and help foster their professional development. This role is designed for high-performing individuals who are ready to grow into senior leadership positions through immersive project experiences and ongoing mentorship.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day execution of client engagements.
Guide and develop individual team members.
Work directly with clients to analyze problems and develop actionable solutions.
Design and implement business performance approaches tailored to client needs.
Drive analysis, hypothesis testing, and formulation of client recommendations.
Manage stakeholder relationships and foster long-term impact.
Provide coaching and apprenticeship to junior team members.
Collaborate with clients on the ground to implement solutions.
Participate in firm-wide knowledge sharing and contribute to capability building.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Academic Qualifications:
A strong academic background (advanced degree preferred, but not required).
Experience:
Prior consulting experience or significant leadership roles in business, public, or nonprofit sectors.
Proven track record of solving complex problems and delivering impactful results.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Superior analytical, conceptual, and quantitative abilities.
