Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
Participate in executing new oil- field power system and electrical equipment commissioning and start- up.
Assist in collecting and following up on power system and electrical equipment-related issues left out by the engineering unit.
Get familiar with power systems, electrical equipment, ESD and fire & gas system principles, position and performance.
Learn to manage
Emergency response as per the emergency response plan.
Assist with operating power and electrical equipment, routine checks and records management.
Participate in handling power systems and electrical equipment- related faults and report to senior electrical technicians, cooperate with other departments when necessary. Assist in carrying out electrical equipment preventive maintenance properly as per the PM plan.
Ensure worksite cleanliness and safety is maintained.
Participate in coordinating and Supervising electrical-related contractors onsite work.
Execute instruction from senior electrical technician.
Perform other duties assigned by superiors.

Qualifications and Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
At least 0-2 years' work experience is preferred with Oil & Gas industry background.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of power systems and electrical equipment.
